Adobe will sue Apple?

Adobe finally have made a move regarding the whole Flash on iPhone OS issue. Week ago Apple have made changes to the iPhone SDK which banned the use of cross-compilers to build applications for iPhone OS. IT World quotes sources close to Adobe as saying that they will sue Apple with in few weeks. Flash platform owners wants to take Apple to a court for “restraint of trade”. Neither of those companies has commented this rumor.

Stay tunned!

  • Interesting. And possible. Probably Adobe spent a lot of money to develop iPhone packager feature in Flash. So why not to earn some on this, even by sueing Apple (it could be quite big thing).
But if Adobe won`t sue Apple (or lose the case) then you have Flash with illegal feature… you create an iPhone app, you click Compile… and you are a criminal ??

  • @jchmielewski You wouldn’t be an instant criminal hitting Compile for iPhone in a Flash dev environment. You simply can’t publish it on the app store, Apple will not allow it.

  • ok. so are there other legal ways to distribute your IPAs?

  • lol fun story man.

  • Hello everyone thanks for

    good information.

  • Really appreciate your post. Thank you
