Beta versions of Flash Builder 4 & Flash Catalyst are here!

Today Adobe officially has released new Flash Builder 4 (formerly Flex Builder) and Flash Catalyst beta versions. You can donwload them from Adobe Labs!
Also InsideRIA has posted two part video (part1, part2) overview of Flash Catalyst beta 1 features and an article about new Flex Framework (Flex 4 code name Gumbo) which covers the new interesting features.
