Where have Adobe said that export to Canvas will be in CS5? I’ve only seen a bunch of news articles with attention-grabbing headlines reposting a video (6 months old now!) from the ‘Sneak Peak’ section of Adobe Max 2009, which is intended to showcase *possible* future technologies. Not sure why there were so many re-postings of this old video in April but that’s the Internet for you:

HI @Daren the export to canvas is a new feature of Dreamwaver CS5, you can get more info here: http://www.9to5mac.com/Flash-html5-canvas-35409730
Hi Kuba,
I’m not saying whether Adobe will or won’t include this feature, I’m just interested in the whole “it’s on the internet, it must be true” thing. Like thousands of other people, I saw Adobe demonstrate this at a conference in 2009. They made it clear it was a *possible* future technology. Why was there a flurry of re-postings of this six-month old video in April? Where’s the new information, eg. press release from Adobe, link to page on Adobe site, etc.? It looks to me like someone has come across the video, written an attention-grabbing headline and it’s been copied 20 times by other sites. What do you think?
