I think the only solution till now is to set the wmode to "window". That;s not acceptable to me and my project so I will have to wait till Chrom get fixed....

I'm having the same problem and have tried all the suggestions above. Would be interested to know if someone was able to find a work around. Thanks.

The problem occurs if the wmode parameter is set to transparent (maybe opaque as well)

Not only a problem on Mac.. I run Windows 7 prof, same problem here.. no hand cursor when mouse-over on buttons in flash with Chrome 5 beta. Funny thing though. Sometimes when a button is aligned right on the edge of a movie and I do a mouse-over on that button directly from outside of the actual flash area, then I get the hand cursor.. but then the hand cursor is always on till I mouse-out from the flash area.

I just ran into this bug today while testing something on my Mac version of Chrome (5.0.375.38 beta). I've been doing some digging and it looks like there isn't a fix yet and it is a known problem for Mac Chrome users.

I have the same issue. Flash I'm creating has certain cursor issues (ie, not changing) with full screen where it's all fine with IE and FF, but not chrome or safari full screen... me thinks a bug...
