		<description>Privat Bruger as you said Internet is universal thats why most of us don&#039;t work for people next to us (not even in the same country) 90% of those votes where made by people from ActiveDen community and those guys work globally. It doesn&#039;t meter if they sit in Vietnam on NYC. They do the same job. For example I don&#039;t change the hourly rate on the bases of the location of my client.</description>
